VenomX is an improved and recently patented technology used by outdoor enthusiasts to render first aid for venous bites and stings. New technology unique to VenomX allows for treatment of a larger bite / sting area. An attachable extending electrode expands the treatment zone and is perfect for bites and stings on the extremities and for large inflamed areas on the trunk. Hundreds of physicians, veterinarians, outdoor enthusiasts, missionaries, and others have used the former technology since the 1980s. The Physician Medical Director of VenomX (a former ER doctor), has used this technology since the 1990s, successfully treating almost 400 clients without a single failure. Ideally, this device should be used as soon as possible after a venomous bite or sting. If you have been otherwise instructed by your physician, such as in the case of an allergic reaction to a specific venom (e.g., bee sting allergy) requiring the immediate use of an epi-pen or other therapy then use the epi-pen or other prescribed therapy first and then the first aid unit, VenomX, afterwards.

One should always seek medical attention as soon as possible after receiving a potentially disabling and / or deadly venomous bite or sting. Bites and stings can be very serious, potentially leading to complicated medical conditions and additional health concerns such as bacterial infections, impaired natural (innate) healing responses, etc. Some envenomations may lead to death. You should always visit with a healthcare provider as soon as possible after a venomous bite or sting to get the most appropriate medical care specific to your situation.

This device may also be used on animals suffering from venomous bites and stings. However, this device should never provide one with a false sense of security leading to reckless behaviors around venomous insects and reptiles or exposing animals to venomous insects and reptiles!
